Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Organic Life (trading as "Immunosciences Clinical") ("Company," "we," "us") wants your experience with us to be transparent and hassle-free. This policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by You

Before the order is shipped

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched, by:

  • Emailing us at info@immunosciences.in, or

  • WhatsApp/calling us at +91 92895 83007

with your order number. We will confirm cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within [7–10] business days.

After the order is shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is delivered, subject to our [Return & Refund Policy].

2. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in circumstances including:

  • The product ordered is out of stock or discontinued

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product/pricing information on the Site

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

  • Inability to deliver to the shipping address provided

  • Payment not received or verified

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/SMS/WhatsApp and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10] business days.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before shipment (Section 1)

  • Order cancelled by us (Section 2)

  • Approved returns under our [Return & Refund Policy] (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item received)

  • Duplicate or failed payment where the amount was debited but the order was not placed successfully

Refund method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.). We do not offer cash refunds.

Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within [7–10] business days. Please note that after we initiate the refund, it may take an additional [3–7] business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds: In case of a partial return (e.g., one item from a multi-item order), only the value of the returned/cancelled item(s) will be refunded; shipping charges are refunded only if the cancellation/return is due to an error on our part.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If an amount is debited from your account but the order does not reflect as successful on our Site, please do not place a duplicate order immediately. Contact us at [info@immunosciences.in] or [+91 92895 83007] with your payment reference/UTR number, and we will verify and refund the amount within [7–10] business days if no order was successfully placed.

5. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled (see Section 1).

  • Products purchased under a final sale/clearance tag are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in case of a genuine defect.

  • Refund requests raised beyond the applicable timelines under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps within [24–48] hours.

  3. Once approved, refunds are processed as per Section 3 above.
